We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase for all items in new, unused condition with original tags and/or packaging, and no signs of wear or damage. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at storeheist@gmail.com with your order number and we will provide you with the return address and a return authorization number. Please include this number with the item when returning.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, lingerie/swimwear, or face masks.
